Overview
The basis of APEX's Applied and Computational Mathematics Group is an integrated team of mathematicians, engineers and scientists that are focused on developing new mathematical solutions that support the development of advanced technologies for defense, intelligence and homeland security customers. Key thrust areas include topological and geometric methods, multi-resolution analysis, risk assessment and forecasting, and computation as it applies to the design of complex systems.
